Making A Purchase
The view cart facility give you the opportunity to either checkout and pay for goods of alternatively cancel any previously made selections. We accept all major payment options. If you prefer to pay by cheque or over the phone then please contact us at sales@beddingdepot.co.uk. Please leave your details and the most convenient time to call you and will do this within 2 hours or ring 0161 408 0295. If you are shopping from out of the UK Mainland please email us and we can discuss the carriage costs and particulars of your order. When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling All UK Mainland orders will be subject to a small carriage and handling fee of £5.95. This is a subsidised service and any goods returned due to no fault of the manufacturers will be charged at the FULL rate incurred by the company. All Other delivery destinations are charged at a higher rate, please email for us to quote accordingly. | Returns Policy Under european legislation you are entitled to return all goods under our guarantee scheme within 7 days from receipt of the goods, they shall be packaged, undamaged and un-used. All returns MUST be notified in writting or by email before sending goods back to us as we use third party warehousing to save costs and goods must be sent to the relevent location before a refund will be issued.
